Free Shipping Both Ways

Using FedEx, our standard insured shipping is free to most global locations.

We ship to the USA, United Kingdom and Europe, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand & UAE.  Please contact customer service if you live in another location to check availability.  We are unable to ship to Africa or India.

Delivery Times

Our free standard shipping usually takes between 4 – 7 days for delivery to the USA, United Kingdom and Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Fedex Express shipping ( estimated 2- 3 days ) is available for urgent orders at checkout for an additional $50.00

We aim to send your orders within two business days of receiving your order.

Rings sized US 7 are available for immediate dispatch. Resizing usually takes an additional 48 hours, unless customer service notifies you otherwise.

Orders made for back order items take between 3 – 4 weeks to be manufactured, unless otherwise notified.

We are committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Please refer to the chart below and the shipping method and how long your tanzanite or sapphire will take to arrive using Fedex delivery targets.

Tracking your order & delivery

You will receive a Fedex tracking number from our customer service staff once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment’s progress and see the estimated delivery date.

If you would like to keep your gift a surprise and pick up your parcel at your local Fedex Depo – please contact Fedex after dispatch with your tracking number. Richland:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
  • Requires an adult to sign for the delivery.

The remote location of the gemstone mining areas in Tanzania and Northern Queensland do not allow for rapid and secure international delivery, so our gemstones and jewelry are shipped worldwide using Fedex from our international distribution center located in Hong Kong.
